| The Versatile Blogger Award |

I had no plans to have a post up today but Caitlin Taylor over at caitlinbethtaylor.blogspot.com nominated me to participate in the Versatile Blogger Award so I decided to just go for it.

I love posts like these because it gives me a chance to learn about other bloggers and it gives you guys a chance to learn a little more about me!

Rules:

- Thank the person who nominated you
- Share 7 facts about yourself
- Display the Versatile Blogger award logo in your post
- Nominate up to 15 other bloggers of your choice
- Link your nominees and let them know of your nomination

So first I want to say thank you Caitlin for nominating me! I loved getting to know you a little better and I'm so happy you decided to nominate me!

You can check Caitlin out on her blog at caitlinbethtaylor.blogspot.com and on twitter too!

7 Facts About Me:

1. I'm the self-proclaimed Churro Queen. They're my favorite food in the world and I will travel out of my way to get some whenever I get a craving.

2. I live on Long Island, New York, but ever since I was a little girl I've wanted to live in NYC. Whenever I'm in the city, I feel like I'm home. Honestly, I'd take the tiniest over-priced apartment in the city over a white-picket fence house in the suburbs any day.

3. I also find myself doing a lot of West Coast dreaming. I want to move to California so badly. Fantasies of eternal sunshine and warm weather, it's literally calling my name.

4. I currently have no tattoos but I have plans to get some. I know exactly what I'm getting and where I'm getting them, but it's all top secret, I haven't told anyone what I'm planning.

5. I have a huge heart, a fuck ton of empathy, and I tend to only see the good in people. This gets me in trouble sometimes because, although it's hard for me to believe, there are people out there that have nothing but bad intentions. I'm not naive, innocent, or stupid. It's just the way I view the world.

6. I have a hard time expressing how I feel about things. It's easier for me to show how I feel through art. Whether it's writing, music, or painting, I'll either create or find some form of art that I can use to express my feelings.

7. I hate pickles, but I'm obsessed with the way they smell. Whenever one of my friends has one, I have to smell it before they eat it. If you happen to find a pickle scented candle, send it to me, and I promise you'll have my heart forever.

| Soapbox Soaps Review |

There's nothing I like more than a company that sells affordable, good quality products and does their part in helping people in need. So when Soapbox asked me if I wanted to help them reach a huge milestone for them, I just couldn't say no, I'm always down for supporting a good cause!

In case you don't know, Soapbox is a company that sells personal care items such as; shampoo & conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap, and bar soap. All of their products are made in the USA and are cruelty free, vegan, and made using only natural ingredients. Soapbox is also a one-for-one company, meaning that for every product purchased, one bar of soap is donated to someone in need. There's also a code on every product purchased that you can enter on their website so you can see where your donation is going and who it's helping, which I think is a really cool feature.

Soapbox reached out to me to help them reach their 3 millionth donation, (yes they've donated close to 3 million bars of soap), and I couldn't say no. They even sent me some products to test out and review for you guys.

PS: Stick around until the end of this post for a special surprise!
